Thank you for considering The Composers Room for your upcoming performance. To begin the process, please complete the New Artist Information Form linked below.

In order to confirm your performance , we require a completed and signed W-9 form. Tickets for your performance will be sold and/or reserved through our ticketing platform, Universe, which is part of the Ticketmaster family. Facebook events will be created once tickets are live. Please tag or collaborate with us online by using @thecomposersroomlv.

We kindly ask that each artist submit a high-resolution photo for use on digital billboards and promotional materials.

If you would like to design your own flyers, please note that all flyers must be sized 940 x 788 pixels for web and social media use. If you would prefer for us to design your promotional materials, please upload your preferred photos with your submission.

Production will reach out to you closer to your performance date. Should you need to contact our technical team directly, please email TCRproduction@thecomposersroom.com.

If you have standard-sized rack cards or postcards, you are welcome to display them in our venue racks; however, we kindly ask that they pertain only to your show at The Composers Room.
