Jalapeño Burger - classic with pepper jack cheese, roasted jalapeños, and spicy bbq sauce.
Classic Burger - 50/50 burger patty, cheddar cheese, red onion, tomato, lettuce, mayo and ketchup
“The Tuna” - onion bun, seared albacore, spices, cucumber, mayo, and red onion. Option to make a melt.
“The Club” - croissant, ham, turkey, provolone, cheddar, bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard.
“The Philly” - hoagie bun, seared seasoned beef, sautéed onions and peppers, provolone and pepper jack. Option to add- mushrooms, jalapeños and bacon
“Chicken Marinara” - baguette, hand crusted chicken tenders, marinara, provolone, sautéed onions and peppers, and fresh basil
“Chicken Pesto” - ciabatta bread, parm crusted chicken, mayo, pesto, provolone, roasted red peppers, and salad greens.
Truffle mushroom ravioli - truffle mushroom stuffed ravioli with house made Alfredo sauce, shallots, truffle oil, parmigiana and parsley.
Baked Mac and Cheese - macaroni, mozzarella, white cheddar, sharp cheddar, parmigiana, and bread crumbs.
Marinara - spaghetti noodle, tomatoes, white onion, Italian seasonings, red wine, parmigiana and fresh basil.

Caesar salad -option to add to salads: seared chicken, fried chicken, seared beef, or seasonal fish.
The Main Stage
Seasonal Fish - chef chosen season fish prepared with various accompanying ingredients to best accent the season.
Pork Tenderloin - slow roasted pork tenderloin, sliced and finished with a sweet pineapple glazed
The Steak - house aged 16 oz NY strip loin pan seared and sliced to order with side dippings of Cowboy sauce and house made chimichurri.
