Soultown

Soul Town began with just a couple of guys wanting to continue to play great dance music. As the search began to put together a group of people who shared that desire, I was asked to join in on that search. Together we started to work some things out, but we were missing a piece of the puzzle. We were very fortunate to find Miss Vira Dee to round out the band. The band’s name I give credit to my grandson who shares a hair cut with me every other Saturday, and has to listen to my music on those occasions. As we were struggling to find a name he suggested.. SOUL TOWN .. and the name stuck.
