T.J. Lavin is a legendary BMX rider, musician, and TV host known for his fearless talent and resilience. A multiple X Games medalist and 1995 “King of Dirt,” he’s earned titles across the Dew Tour, Gravity Games, and CFB Championships. In 2022, he was inducted into the USA BMX Hall of Fame.
Beyond BMX, Lavin is a self-taught musician who released LAVS the First SET and the single “Soldier,” a tribute to injured rider Stephen Murray. He’s also the longtime host of MTV’s The Challenge, where his leadership and authenticity have made him a fan favorite.
